What we collect

• Account info for registered users (email, display name, and the business details vendors add themselves).
• Content you submit such as business listings, photos, messages, and feedback.
• Approximate location only when you tap "Near me" — used on-device to sort listings by distance. We do not track your location in the background.
• Basic device and usage data needed to run the app (for example, page requests and error reports).

How we use it

• Show open vendors, pop-ups, and events to visitors.
• Let customers save favorites and message vendors.
• Let vendors manage their own listings and hours.
• Moderate content, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not process payments through Valley Food Finder.
• We do not share your email or messages with other users, except with the vendor you are messaging.

Guests

You can browse Valley Food Finder without creating an account. Guests may still submit anonymous feedback, which is stored without identifying information beyond a system-generated label (e.g. "guest1234").

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your listing and photos at any time from your vendor dashboard.
• To request deletion of your account or personal information, contact us through the Feedback page.
• You control whether the browser shares your location with the app.

Third-party services

The app uses trusted providers to run authentication, database, storage, and mapping features. These providers only receive the data needed to deliver those features and are contractually required to protect it.
