Terms of Service & Photo Policy — Valley Food Finder

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Valley Food Finder website, app, or any related service — whether as a guest, registered customer, or vendor, and whether or not you create an account or sign in — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Photo Policy

All vendor food photos must be approved by the administrator before they are visible to customers. Business logos and profile photos do not require approval.
Vendors must own the rights to all uploaded photos, or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to use them.
By uploading any photo or logo, you grant Valley Food Finder permission to display, store, and use those images within the app for the purpose of promoting your listing.
No AI-generated images of food. Locals want to see what they're really getting. This rule applies to food photos only, not your logo.
No misleading, stolen, or stock imagery pretending to be your own. Photos must accurately represent the food or business.
No inappropriate, offensive, violent, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content.
Valley Food Finder may reject, hide, edit, or remove any photo, listing, or account at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these policies or at our sole discretion.

Vendor Agreement

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your business information, hours, location, menu, prices, status, and messages.
You are responsible for keeping all of your information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for food safety, permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
You must only mark your business as OPEN when you are actually open and able to serve customers. Repeated abuse of the OPEN status may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Fake businesses, impersonation, spam, scams, abusive behavior, or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
Valley Food Finder reserves the right to suspend, remove, or permanently ban any account or listing at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Disclaimer

Valley Food Finder is an informational directory that allows vendors to publish their business information.
Valley Food Finder does not inspect, verify, certify, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any vendor, food, service, pricing, availability, or business information listed in the app.
Prices, menus, hours, locations, and availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for using their own judgment before purchasing from any vendor.
All transactions and interactions are solely between the customer and the vendor.
Valley Food Finder is not responsible for food quality, food safety, customer service, refunds, disputes, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or damages of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Food Finder and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app or any listed vendor.

Final Agreement

By creating an account, you certify that you are authorized to represent this business, agree to these Terms & Photo Policies, and understand that violating these policies may result in suspension or permanent removal from Valley Food Finder.
